FOX BETON RP30 – High Strength Ready-Mixed Dry Concrete/Screed Mortar
Product Description
FOX BETON RP30 is a ready-mixed dry concrete/screed mortar with a C30 compressive strength class. Its cement-based formulation, polymer additives, and fiber reinforcement provide high durability and long-lasting performance for both interior and exterior applications.
Compared to standard screeds and lower-grade concrete solutions, FOX BETON RP30 offers higher load-bearing capacity, controlled setting and curing performance, and reduced risk of cracking.
Application Areas
FOX BETON RP30 can be safely used in the following applications:
- Interior and exterior applications
- Repairing surface defects and correcting level differences
- Areas requiring smooth and power-finished surfaces
- Door and window lintels, beams, and similar structural applications
- Floor slabs and screed applications requiring high strength
- Warehouse floors, industrial areas, garages, and heavy-duty usage areas
It is especially preferred for projects where structural strength and long-term durability are critical.
Advantages
The main advantages of FOX BETON RP30 include:
- Easy and practical application
- Savings in time and labor costs
- Reduced risk of cracking thanks to polymer and fiber additives
- Uniform and high strength performance through homogeneous mixing
- Minimum material waste thanks to ready-mixed formulation
- Long-lasting performance with high compressive and flexural strength

Application Procedure
1) Surface Preparation
The application surface must be:
- Clean, dry, sound, and free from dust
- Free from frozen areas or salt/lime efflorescence
- Free from weak concrete parts and loose materials
For applications on concrete and existing screed surfaces, priming is recommended to improve adhesion.
2) Priming
For wet-on-wet application:
A primer mixture is prepared using:
- 1 part cement
- 1 part FOX BINDER FM125
- 2 parts water
The mixture is applied evenly with a brush at approximately 0.35 kg/m² consumption. FOX BETON RP30 should be applied before the primer dries.
3) Mixing Ratios
Mortar consistency:
- 1 kg product: approximately 105–115 ml water
- 25 kg bag: approximately 2.625–2.875 liters water
Dry screed consistency:
- 1 kg product: approximately 95–105 ml water
- 25 kg bag: approximately 2.375–2.625 liters water
Using excessive water may negatively affect the final strength performance.
4) Application
- Mix the product homogeneously for 4–5 minutes using a concrete mixer or hand mixer.
- Spread and level the material using a trowel or suitable hand tools.
- Forced drying should be avoided.
- Power floating can be applied approximately 1.5–2 hours after application.
- During the first 7 days, the surface should be protected against harsh environmental conditions.
5) Consumption
Approximately 20–22 kg/m² for 1 cm thickness
Important Considerations During Application
- Ambient and surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +35°C.
- Application should not be performed in extremely hot, rainy, or windy weather conditions.
- In cold weather, materials should be conditioned between +20°C and +25°C.
- Excessive mixing water may reduce strength.
- Rapid drying of the surface should be prevented during the curing period.
Packaging, Storage and Shelf Life
Packaging: 25 kg kraft bag
Shelf Life: 12 months under suitable storage conditions
Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
