Product Description
FOX BETON RP25 is a factory-produced, cement-based ready-mixed dry concrete and screed mortar containing polymer additives and fiber reinforcement.
With its C25 compressive strength class, it provides controlled and homogeneous application performance while ensuring smooth and durable finishes on floor surfaces.
Application thickness: 10–100 mm
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Application Procedure
1. Surface Preparation
The substrate must be:
- Clean, dry, dust-free, and structurally sound
- Free from frozen areas or surfaces affected by salt/lime deposits
Weak concrete parts must be removed, and dust should be cleaned using an industrial vacuum cleaner.
For concrete and screed surfaces, priming with FOX BINDER FM125 is recommended to improve adhesion.
2. Priming (Wet-on-Wet Application)
Prepare a bonding slurry using:
- 1 part cement
- 1 part FOX BINDER FM125
- 2 parts water
Apply with a brush at an approximate consumption rate of:
0.35 kg/m²
FOX BETON RP25 application should begin before the primer dries.
3. Mixing Ratios
Mortar Consistency
- 1 kg product: 85–90 ml water
- 25 kg bag: 2.125–2.25 liters water
Dry Screed Consistency
- 1 kg product: 70–80 ml water
- 25 kg bag: 1.75–2.0 liters water
4. Application
- Mix using a concrete mixer or hand mixer for approximately 4–5 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- Apply and level using a trowel or suitable hand tools.
- Do not force-dry the applied material.
- Protect the surface from drafts and direct sunlight.
- Mechanical finishing with a power float can be performed after approximately 1.5–2 hours.
- During the first week, keeping the surface moist or covering it is recommended.
5. Consumption
Approximate consumption:
20 kg/m² for 10 mm thickness
Important Application Notes
- Recommended substrate and ambient temperature: +5°C to +25°C
- Do not apply during extremely hot, rainy, or windy weather conditions.
- In cold weather, materials should be conditioned between +20°C and +25°C before application.
- Excessive mixing water may reduce the final strength of the product.
