Application Conditions

Substrate temperature: +10°C to +30°C

Temperature resistance

  • Dry conditions: -20°C to +80°C
  • Wet conditions: -20°C to +50°C

Pot life: Approximately 35 minutes

Ready for foot traffic: After 7 days

Note: Values are based on +23°C and 50% relative humidity. Higher temperatures shorten working times, while lower temperatures extend them.

Application Procedure

1. Surface Preparation

  • The substrate must be sound, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease, and any materials that may reduce adhesion.
  • Old paint and previous coatings must be completely removed.

2. Mixing

Mix Components A and B mechanically using a drill mixer operating at 400–600 rpm for a minimum of 3 minutes.

Do not mix manually or with a trowel.

3. Mixing Ratios

5 kg Set

  • Component A: 4.58 kg
  • Component B: 0.42 kg

25 kg Set

  • Component A: 22.88 kg
  • Component B: 2.12 kg

4. Application

Apply the material using a notched trowel appropriate for the size and thickness of the covering material.

The adhesive should be used immediately after mixing.

Ceramic tiles should be installed within 30 minutes.

Any adhesive that has begun to cure on the surface should be removed before continuing.

The use of protective gloves is recommended during application.

5. Cleaning of Tools

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after application using a suitable solvent.

Once hardened, the material can only be removed mechanically.

6. Consumption

Consumption depends on the notch size of the trowel and the condition of the substrate.

Important Notes

  • Mechanical mixing is mandatory. Do not mix manually with a trowel.
  • Working and curing times vary depending on substrate temperature, ambient temperature, and humidity.
  • Lower temperatures slow the curing process and extend working time.
  • Higher temperatures accelerate curing and shorten working time.
  • Do not apply when substrate or ambient temperatures are below +10°C or above +30°C.
  • Avoid application during extremely hot, rainy, or windy weather.
  • In cold weather, condition the unopened packages between +20°C and +25°C before use.
  • Cleaning with soapy water should begin approximately 15–30 minutes after application.
  • Do not add water or fresh material to the mixed product.
