Application Procedure
1) Surface Preparation
- Cement-based surfaces must be strong, clean, and free from dust and dirt.
- Areas requiring repair should be repaired with the INNO-CRETE series.
- If the surface temperature is above +25°C, the surface should be slightly moistened.
2) Mixing
- Add the recommended amount of water into a clean container.
- Slowly add the mortar while mixing.
- Mix for 3–5 minutes at 400–600 rpm.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 3 minutes, then mix again for 1 minute.

3) Application
- Apply approximately a 1 mm thick layer using the flat side of the trowel.
- Comb the adhesive with the notched side to achieve a uniform thickness.
- For ceramic and tile coverings with different thicknesses, applying approximately 1 mm adhesive to the back of each piece is recommended.
- INNO-FIX series grouts should be used for joint filling.
- Grouting can be performed approximately 24 hours after application.
4) Open Time Test
The open time should be checked with a finger test.
- If the adhesive sticks to the finger, application can continue.
- If it does not stick, the open time has expired.
5) Tool Cleaning
- Tools should be cleaned immediately after application with water.
- Hardened mortar can only be removed mechanically.
6) Consumption
Consumption varies depending on the tooth thickness of the ceramic trowel:
3.5–7 kg/m²
Important Considerations
- Application should be postponed if surface and ambient temperatures are below +5°C or above +30°C.
- Do not apply during extremely hot, rainy, or windy weather conditions.
- Outdoor applications should be protected from sunlight, rain, wind, and frost for the first 24 hours.
- Working and reaction times may vary depending on weather conditions, humidity, and surface temperature.
