Product Description
FİXA POLYMERA MS is a single-component, semi-fluid, elastomeric, UV-resistant liquid membrane and waterproofing material developed with advanced MS Polymer hybrid technology. It is free from solvents and isocyanates. Suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces, it provides a reliable solution for repairing and bridging cracks up to 5 mm wide.

Surface Preparation
- The surface must be free from dust, oil, bitumen, paint, silicone, curing compounds, detergents, and form-release agents.
- Weak concrete sections should be repaired, and poorly adhered plaster must be removed.
- Static cracks should be repaired with suitable mortars such as AQUALATEX or REPAIRGROUT EXPAN.
- Dynamic cracks should be filled with FİXA MS or polyurethane sealants.
- Active water leaks should be stopped using AQUASTOP.
- Normally no primer is required; however, POLAN A primer may be used on highly dusty or damp surfaces.
Application Information
- Ready to use; do not add water or any additives.
- Stir the product before application.
- Cut the corner of the package and apply directly onto the surface.
- Spread evenly using a spatula, flat trowel, or notched trowel.
Coat Application
- Can be applied as a single coat for repair or bonding purposes.
- For waterproofing membrane applications:
- Apply the second coat 6–12 hours after the first coat.
- For deep cracks, the second coat can be applied within 12–24 hours.
- Masking tape may be used to define application boundaries and should be removed within 5 minutes.
Curing and Service Time
- Ready for use: 24–48 hours
- Full cure: 7 days

- Approximately 1.40–1.50 kg/m² per coat for a 1 mm dry film thickness
