FİXA® Natural Stone and Brick Veneer Adhesive Mortar is a high-performance C2TE-class adhesive developed for natural stone, marble, brick veneer, cultured stone, terracotta, and other heavy/thick cladding materials. Its thick-bed application formula provides strong adhesion without slipping and offers excellent resistance to external environmental conditions.

Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be fully cured.
- Remove oil, dust, paint, detergent residues, silicone, and similar contaminants.
- Repair damaged surfaces with FİXA repair mortars at least 24 hours before application.
- Cement-based surfaces should be lightly dampened.
- Use a suitable primer on highly absorbent substrates.
- Apply FİXA waterproofing products in wet areas.
Mortar Preparation
- 25 kg powder product → 5–6 liters of clean water
- Mix with a low-speed mixer until a lump-free, homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Remix for 1–2 minutes before use.
- Pot life: 1.5–2 hours
- Proper consistency is especially important for thick-bed applications.
Application Instructions
- The adhesive should preferably be applied using a trowel.
- Double-sided bonding is recommended (both on the substrate and on the back of the cladding material).
- Installation should be completed within 15–20 minutes after spreading the adhesive.
- Fix cladding materials firmly using a rubber mallet.
- Mechanical fixing is recommended for installations exceeding 3 meters in height.
- Leave appropriate grout joints according to cladding dimensions and use FİXA grout products.
Consumption
As a thick-bed adhesive, consumption varies depending on substrate conditions and stone thickness and is generally higher than standard ceramic tile adhesives.
Important Notes
- Apply between +5°C and +35°C.
- Do not add excessive water.
- Do not apply where there is a risk of freezing.
- Do not add water or powder to expired or hardened mortar.
