KYK MegaPlaster Machine Exterior H108 is a cement-based, single-component exterior plaster designed for machine application. Thanks to its specially selected fillers and chemical additives, it provides high adhesion and creates a fast, homogeneous surface. It offers the performance of both base coat and finishing plaster in a single layer, providing an efficient solution for exterior applications.

Values are obtained from laboratory tests conducted at 23 ± 2°C temperature and 50 ± 5% relative humidity conditions.

The product should not be applied under frost conditions, excessive wind, or direct sunlight.
The surface must be clean, solid, and free from dust. Oil, dirt, and release agent residues must be completely removed.
The product is applied using a ready plaster machine. The applied surface is leveled with a screed.
If required, a second layer (≤ 2 cm) can be applied after the first layer has partially set.
The surface should be moistened periodically for 7 days after application. Protect the surface from rain for the first 24 hours.
Do not use mortar after exceeding its pot life. Do not add extra water or any foreign materials into the mixture.
Consumption values may vary depending on surface roughness and application thickness.

On which surfaces can H108 be applied? It can be applied on primed concrete, aerated concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, natural stone walls, and concrete ceilings.
What is the suitable thickness for a single-layer application? The recommended thickness is 1.0–2.5 cm. For thicker applications, an additional layer of maximum 2 cm can be applied after the first layer sets.
What are the pot life and correction time? The pot life is maximum 30 minutes, and the correction time is maximum 30 minutes.
How much mixing water is required? 7.0–7.7 liters of water are required for a 35 kg bag (20–22%).
How should the surface be maintained after application? For maximum durability, the surface should be moistened periodically for 7 days and protected from rain during the first 24 hours.
