KYK MegaPlaster Fiber Reinforced K H106 is a white cement-based, single-component base coat plaster reinforced with fibers. Enhanced with special chemical additives and properly graded filler materials, this product provides high adhesion and excellent resistance against cracking. H106 can be applied manually and is an ideal solution for surface leveling, repair, and correction works in both interior and exterior applications.

Tests were performed under laboratory conditions (23 ± 2°C temperature and 50 ± 5% relative humidity).
Mixing Ratio: 8.0 – 8.75 liters of water for a 35 kg bag (23–25%)
Pot Life: Maximum 1 hour
Correction Time: Maximum 40 minutes
Full Drying Time: Minimum 2 days
Application Thickness: Single layer: 1.0 – 2.5 cm If required, a second layer can be applied with a maximum thickness of 2 cm.
Application Temperature: +5°C to +35°C
The surface must be clean, dry, and solid. It should be free from oil, dirt, dust, and residues. Defects deeper than 1 cm must be repaired with MegaRepair T101/T102.
The product should be mixed with a low-speed mixer until a lump-free consistency is achieved. After resting for 3–4 minutes, it should be mixed again for 1–2 minutes.
Apply with a steel trowel at a thickness of 1–2.5 cm and level the surface with a screed.
After the surface releases excess water, perform floating and complete the final correction using a damp sponge.
After application, the surface should be kept moist for 7 days. Application should not be performed under extremely hot, windy, or freezing conditions. Protect the applied surface from rainfall for 24 hours.
