Surface Preparation

Before application:

  • The surface must be clean, dry, sound, and free from dust.
  • Surface defects deeper than 1 cm should be repaired 6–8 hours before application using MegaRepair I T101, MegaRepair K T102, or when required, T103/T104 repair products.
  • The surface should be moistened if necessary.

Recommended Primers for Improved Adhesion:

Concrete surfaces:

  • MegaFilm A201 primer
  • MegaFilm BB A204 primer

Aerated concrete surfaces:

  • MegaFilm A201 primer should be applied and allowed to dry.

Application Method

  • The prepared mortar is applied manually with a steel trowel at a thickness of 2–7 mm.
  • A finishing trowel should be used to achieve a smooth surface.
  • After application, the surface becomes ready for painting, coating, or decorative plaster.
