KYK MegaFuga Flex D201 is a ready-to-use grout material based on polymer emulsion with silicone additives. It has been specially developed for 1–6 mm joint widths. Thanks to its water-repellent structure and resistance to acids and alkalis, it is a reliable solution for swimming pools, chemically exposed surfaces, underfloor heating systems, and moving structural elements. It is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, including horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Application Time: Grouting should be started at least 24 hours after the covering material has been installed. If necessary, a second layer can be applied within 5–6 hours for insufficiently filled joints.
The product is applied into the joint gaps using a grout float with parallel and diagonal movements.
Excess material on the surface should be removed using a soft-edged spatula or trowel.
Approximately 20 minutes after application (depending on ambient temperature), the surface should be cleaned with a damp sponge.
Surface smoothing should be completed before the product fully dries.
Dried residues can be removed using non-damaging synthetic abrasive fibers or suitable mechanical cleaning methods.
Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C

Shelf Life: 12 months (in unopened packaging, stored between +5°C and +25°C in a dry and cool environment)
