KYK MegaEpoxy D501 is a two-component, epoxy resin-based ceramic adhesive and grout material suitable for 3–15 mm joint widths. With its high resistance to acids and alkalis, superior mechanical strength, and suitability for contact with drinking water, it provides a long-lasting and reliable solution, especially for floor and wall applications exposed to heavy-duty conditions.
Component A: 4.650 kgComponent B: 0.350 kg
Component B should be slowly added into Component A.
Mix with a low-speed mixer (approximately 400 rpm) for 3–5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The entire mixture should be used after preparation.
The mixed material is poured onto the surface and spread evenly at approximately 2–3 mm thickness. A notched trowel suitable for the size of the covering material should be selected for application.
Apply only into the joint gaps using an epoxy grout float.
The joints must be completely filled, and no residue should remain on the surface.
Cleaning: Cleaning should be carried out with room-temperature water and a damp sponge.
If a second layer application is required: It must be completed within a maximum of 5–6 hours after the first application.

Shelf Life: 12 months under suitable storage conditions
Storage Conditions: Store between +10°C and +30°C in a dry and cool environment, protected from direct sunlight. Close the lids tightly after use.
