Sika MonoTop®-612 is a one-component, polymer-modified cement-based repair mortar reinforced with silica fume and fibers. Classified as R4 according to EN 1504-3, it is designed for structural concrete repair applications requiring high strength and durability. Thanks to its low chloride permeability, it provides long-term protection for reinforced concrete structures.
