Application Procedure

1. Surface Preparation

The substrate should be clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, grease, loose particles, or other contaminants. Absorbent surfaces should be pre-dampened before application.

2. Mixing

Mix 25 kg of powder with 2.25–2.75 liters of clean water using a low-speed mixer until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is achieved.

3. Application

Pour the prepared mortar into the required area and allow it to flow naturally to completely fill the void.

4. Curing

Protect the surface from premature moisture loss by using appropriate curing methods.

5. Cleaning

Clean all tools and equipment immediately after application using water before the material hardens.
