Application Procedure

1. Surface Preparation

Drilled holes must be clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, moisture, and loose particles.

2. Cartridge Preparation

Insert the cartridge into a suitable dispensing gun. Attach the static mixing nozzle and discard the first portion of the mixed material until a uniform color is achieved.

3. Injection

Inject the adhesive into the drilled hole, ensuring it is sufficiently filled.

4. Anchor Installation

Insert the reinforcing bar, threaded rod, or anchor bolt into the adhesive-filled hole within the specified working time.

5. Curing

Allow the adhesive to cure completely according to the ambient temperature before applying any load to the anchoring system.
