Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean, sound, and level.
- The surface should be thoroughly dampened before application.
- In hot or windy weather conditions, the substrate should be saturated with water before application.
Application Conditions
- Ambient temperature: +5°C to +30°C
- Do not apply on frozen, thawing, or frost-prone surfaces.
- Application is not recommended under direct sunlight or in excessively hot and humid conditions.
Application Procedure
Mixing
- Mix 25 kg Webermin Deko with 6–6.5 liters of clean water.
- Blend using a low-speed mixer or trowel until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes and remix before application.
Application
- Spread evenly using a stainless steel trowel.
- Recommended application thickness: 2 mm (adjusted according to the largest aggregate size).
- Create a circular decorative texture using a plastic trowel while the material is still wet.
Drying and Painting
- Pot life: 3–4 hours
- Minimum waiting time before painting: 7 days
- The coating should not be left as the final finish and must be painted with a silicone-based exterior facade paint.
Consumption
2.8–3.0 kg/m²
