Surface Preparation

  • The substrate must be clean, dry, and sound.
  • Surfaces should be pre-moistened before application.
  • In hot or windy conditions, the substrate should be thoroughly saturated with water before application.

Application Conditions

  • Ambient temperature: +5°C to +30°C
  • Do not apply in extremely hot, humid, or direct sunlight conditions.
  • Do not apply on frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing.

Application Procedure

Mixing

  • 25 kg Webermin 220 requires 6.5–7 liters of clean water
  • Mix using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
  • Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and remix before application.

Application

  • Apply evenly using a stainless steel or plastic trowel.
  • Application thickness: 2 mm (adjusted according to the largest aggregate size).
  • Create the decorative circular pattern using a plastic trowel while the material is still wet.

Consumption

2.8–3.0 kg/m²

Consumption may vary depending on substrate conditions and application thickness.
