Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean, dry, and sound.
- Surfaces should be pre-moistened before application.
- In hot or windy conditions, the substrate should be thoroughly saturated with water before application.
Application Conditions
- Ambient temperature: +5°C to +30°C
- Do not apply in extremely hot, humid, or direct sunlight conditions.
- Do not apply on frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing.
Application Procedure
Mixing
- 25 kg Webermin 220 requires 6.5–7 liters of clean water
- Mix using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and remix before application.
Application
- Apply evenly using a stainless steel or plastic trowel.
- Application thickness: 2 mm (adjusted according to the largest aggregate size).
- Create the decorative circular pattern using a plastic trowel while the material is still wet.
