Webermin 150 – Mineral Exterior Coating
Webermin 150 is a medium-textured decorative exterior coating developed with a cement-based, fiber-reinforced formulation that provides long-lasting durability and protection for exterior façade applications. Its high vapor permeability allows surfaces to breathe while offering reliable resistance against weather conditions. It is particularly suitable as a finishing coat in external thermal insulation systems.
What Is Webermin 150?
Technically, Webermin 150 is a:
-
Cement-based coating
-
Fiber-reinforced formulation
-
Medium-textured decorative exterior finish
The product is manufactured in compliance with TS 7847 standards, carries the G Mark, and is classified under Public Works Unit Price No. 04.476/A.

Surface Preparation
Before application:
-
The substrate must be clean, sound, and level.
-
Dust, dirt, and loose particles must be completely removed.
-
The surface should be dampened before application.
-
In hot or windy weather conditions, the substrate should be thoroughly saturated with water.
Application Conditions
-
Ambient temperature: +5°C to +30°C
-
Do not apply in extremely hot, humid, windy conditions, or under direct sunlight.
-
Do not apply on frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing.
Application Instructions
-
Mix 25 kg of Webermin 150 with approximately 7 liters of clean water.
-
Blend using a trowel or low-speed mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
-
Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
-
Remix briefly before application.
-
Apply the prepared mortar evenly using a stainless steel trowel.
-
Create the desired texture with circular movements using a plastic float while the material is still wet.
-
The application thickness should correspond to the size of the largest aggregate in the mixture.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which surfaces can Webermin 150 be applied to?
It can be applied to cement-based renders, properly prepared fair-faced concrete surfaces, and rendered aerated concrete substrates.
What is the application thickness?
The standard application thickness is 1.5 mm.
Can it be painted?
Yes. After the coating has fully cured, it can be painted with silicone-enhanced exterior façade paints.
Can dark colors be used?
Dark colors are generally not recommended for thermal insulation systems. If desired, they should be used only on limited decorative sections of the façade.
When should the texture be created?
The texture should be formed immediately after application while the material is still wet and workable.
