Surface Preparation
Before grouting:

Remove dust, sawdust, and cement residues from grout joints

Clean joint gaps using a thin tool and brush

Lightly dampen joints before wall applications
Proper preparation improves adhesion and grout performance.
Application Conditions

Ambient temperature: +5°C to +35°C

Do not apply on frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing

Application Instructions

Mix 20 kg of Weberjoint Flex with 5.4–5.8 liters of clean water.

Blend using a low-speed mixer until homogeneous.

Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes, then remix briefly.

Apply the grout into the joints using a hard rubber grout float.

Remove excess material with a spatula or grout float.

Clean the surface with a damp sponge after 15–30 minutes.

Final adjustments should be completed while the grout is still fresh.
