Note: For special substrates or applications, consulting the manufacturer is recommended.

Key Advantages

  • Resistant to mold, mildew, and algae growth
  • Compatible with underfloor heating systems
  • Durable in areas exposed to heavy foot traffic
  • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
  • Flexible structure helps accommodate minor substrate movement

Surface Preparation

Before grouting:

  • Remove dust, sawdust, and cement residues from grout joints
  • Clean joint gaps using a thin tool and brush
  • Lightly dampen joints before wall applications

Proper preparation improves adhesion and grout performance.

Application Conditions

  • Ambient temperature: +5°C to +35°C
  • Do not apply on frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing
  • Avoid direct sunlight, strong winds, and excessively hot surfaces
  • Underfloor heating systems must be turned off 24 hours before application

Application Instructions

  1. Mix 20 kg of Weberjoint Flex with 5.4–5.8 liters of clean water.
  2. Blend using a low-speed mixer until homogeneous.
  3. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes, then remix briefly.
  4. Apply the grout into the joints using a hard rubber grout float.
  5. Remove excess material with a spatula or grout float.
