Surface Preparation

Before application:

  • Remove dust, debris, and cement residues.
  • Clean grout joints thoroughly with a brush.
  • Lightly dampen joints in wall applications if necessary.

Proper preparation ensures uniform curing and optimal grout penetration.

Application Conditions

  • Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C
  • Do not apply in freezing conditions.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, strong winds, and excessively hot surfaces.
  • Ensure tile adhesive has completely cured before grouting.

Application Instructions

  1. Mix 20 kg Weberjoint DCM with 5.6–6.8 liters of clean water until lump-free.
  2. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Remix briefly before use.
  4. Fill joints using a rubber grout float or grout trowel.
  5. Apply with parallel and diagonal movements to ensure complete filling.
  6. Remove excess material using a scraper or damp sponge.
  7. Clean the surface with a damp sponge after 15–30 minutes.
  8. Perform final polishing with a dry cloth while the grout is still fresh.

  • Always use clean water for mixing.
  • Excess water may reduce strength and cause color variation.
  • Excessively wet sponge cleaning may lead to shading or discoloration.
