  • High abrasion resistance
  • Easy application and finishing
  • Extended workability time for comfortable installation
  • Available in 25 decorative colors
  • Suitable for both residential and standard commercial interior applications

Applications

Weberjoint DZR Max is suitable for:

  • Interior wall tile joints
  • Interior floor tile joints
  • Bathrooms and kitchens
  • Standard wet areas without special chemical exposure
  • Joint widths up to 6 mm

Not Recommended For

  • Areas exposed to high-pressure water cleaning (over 100 bar)
  • Chemical processing facilities
  • Hygienic or sterile environments requiring special grouts
  • Swimming pools
  • Underfloor-heated or highly flexible substrates (Weberjoint Flex is recommended instead)

Surface Preparation

  • Tile adhesive must be fully cured (recommended minimum: 24 hours).
  • Joint spaces must be clean and free from dust, debris, and adhesive residues.
  • Highly absorbent tiles should be lightly dampened before grouting.
  • For wall applications, ensure uniform dampening without leaving standing water.

Proper preparation improves adhesion and minimizes cracking and powdering risks.

Application Conditions

  • Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C
  • Do not apply on frozen, thawing, or frost-risk surfaces.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, strong winds, and overheated substrates.
  • Ensure the tile adhesive has completely cured before grouting.

Mixing Instructions

For 20 kg of Weberjoint DZR Max:

  • Add 5.6–6.8 liters of clean water
  • Mix using a low-speed mixer or trowel until lump-free
  • Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes
  • Remix for 1–2 minutes before application

Grouting Application

Filling the Joints

  • Apply grout using a rubber grout float or grout trowel.
  • Press the material firmly into the joints.
  • Fill the joints first with parallel movements, then diagonally to ensure complete filling.

Cleaning

  • Remove excess grout using a soft-edged scraper or damp sponge.
  • Clean the surface with a damp sponge after approximately 15–30 minutes.
  • Final polishing should be performed with a dry cloth while the grout is still fresh.
  • Excessive water during cleaning may cause discoloration or staining.
