Applications

Weberprim UV is used as a primer coat for exterior façade applications.

Suitable Substrates

  • Cement-based renders
  • Exposed concrete surfaces (treated with weber.tec R, RK, or RM systems)
  • Rendered aerated concrete surfaces
  • Properly prepared previously painted surfaces

Unsuitable Substrates

  • Wet, damp, or dusty surfaces
  • Wooden surfaces
  • Metal surfaces
  • Wallpaper-covered surfaces

Application Conditions

  • Ambient temperature: +5°C to +30°C
  • Do not apply under direct sunlight, extreme heat, or high humidity conditions
  • Do not apply to frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing

Application Method

Dilution

  • Dilute the product at a ratio of 5:1 (primer : water)

Mixing

  • Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is achieved
  • Stir periodically during application to prevent settlement

Application

  • Apply a single coat using a textured roller or brush

Waiting Time Before Painting

  • Allow a minimum of 12 hours before applying paint or decorative coatings

Drying Time

  • Minimum 12 hours
