Applications
Weberprim UV is used as a primer coat for exterior façade applications.
Suitable Substrates
- Cement-based renders
- Exposed concrete surfaces (treated with weber.tec R, RK, or RM systems)
- Rendered aerated concrete surfaces
- Properly prepared previously painted surfaces
Unsuitable Substrates
- Wet, damp, or dusty surfaces
- Wooden surfaces
- Metal surfaces
- Wallpaper-covered surfaces
Application Conditions
- Ambient temperature: +5°C to +30°C
- Do not apply under direct sunlight, extreme heat, or high humidity conditions
- Do not apply to frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing
Application Method
Dilution
- Dilute the product at a ratio of 5:1 (primer : water)
Mixing
- Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is achieved
- Stir periodically during application to prevent settlement

- Apply a single coat using a textured roller or brush
Waiting Time Before Painting
- Allow a minimum of 12 hours before applying paint or decorative coatings

- Stacking pallets on top of each other during storage is not recommended
