Substrate Preparation

Bonded Applications

  • The substrate must be clean, dry, sound, and level.
  • Paint, gypsum, adhesive residues, and concrete contaminants must be completely removed.
  • The surface must be free from dust.
  • Local defects should be repaired using suitable repair mortars.
  • Apply an appropriate primer at least 30 minutes before screed application.

Underfloor Heating Systems

  • The insulation layer beneath the system must be continuous and properly installed.
  • Materials with low compressibility should be used.

Application Conditions
