Weberfloor LVL Combi
Weberfloor LVL Combi is a high-performance, calcium sulfate-based self-leveling screed developed for interior floor leveling applications. With an application thickness range of 2–60 mm, it provides an effective solution for both minor surface corrections and thicker leveling requirements. Its high fluidity allows it to spread easily and create a smooth, homogeneous surface.
What is Weberfloor LVL Combi?
Weberfloor LVL Combi is a self-leveling screed that spreads automatically across the substrate due to its calcium sulfate-based formulation. It fills surface irregularities and creates a smooth, level floor. Designed for interior applications, it provides a professional subfloor preparation solution before the installation of floor coverings, especially in areas exposed to medium and heavy foot traffic.
Advantages of Weberfloor LVL Combi
- Walkable in as little as 2 hours
- Allows application thicknesses up to 60 mm in a single layer
- Compatible with underfloor heating systems
- Suitable for medium and heavy pedestrian traffic
- Self-leveling properties create a smooth and even surface
- High flowability enables fast and efficient application
- Reduces the risk of cracking and blistering
- Suitable for pump application, saving time on large projects
Areas of Use
Weberfloor LVL Combi is used for leveling interior floors before the installation of final floor coverings on:
- Cement-based screeds
- Concrete slabs
- Precast concrete floors
Substrate Preparation
Bonded Applications
- The substrate must be clean, dry, sound, and level.
- Paint, gypsum, adhesive residues, and concrete contaminants must be completely removed.
- The surface must be free from dust.
- Local defects should be repaired using suitable repair mortars.
- Apply an appropriate primer at least 30 minutes before screed application.
Underfloor Heating Systems
- The insulation layer beneath the system must be continuous and properly installed.
- Materials with low compressibility should be used.
- Wall and column junctions should be separated with flexible perimeter insulation strips.
- Reinforcement mesh should be placed over a protective foil layer.
Application Conditions
- Substrate and ambient temperature: +5°C to +30°C
- Avoid application in extremely hot or highly humid conditions.
- Do not apply on frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing.
Application Procedure
- Mix 20 kg of product with approximately 5 liters of clean water.
- Blend with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- Pour the prepared mortar onto the floor and allow it to spread.
- Fill any remaining voids by smoothing the surface.
- If necessary, use a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and improve leveling.
- For pump applications, the working width should not exceed 6 meters.
- The product self-levels naturally; thickness adjustments can be made using a trowel.
