Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean and dry.
- Oil, paint, dust, and other contaminants must be removed.
- Lightly moisten the surface to ensure proper foam expansion and curing.
- For multi-layer applications, re-moisten each layer before applying the next.
- Masking tape may be used to protect sensitive areas.
Application Conditions
- Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C
- Avoid application in excessively hot or highly humid environments.
- Do not apply on frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing.
Application Instructions
- Shake the can vigorously for at least 30 seconds before use.
- Attach the trigger mechanism and apply the product with the can held upside down.
- Spray the foam at approximately a 45° angle.
- Fill cavities from bottom to top.
- Due to expansion, only about 50% of the cavity volume should be filled.
- Components being fixed should be supported until the foam has fully cured.
- Fresh foam can be cleaned with acetone.
- Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
Warnings and Recommendations
- Does not adhere to polyethylene, silicone, or Teflon surfaces.
- The foam expands approximately 1.5–2 times its original volume; overfilling should be avoided.
- Deep cavities should be filled in multiple layers.
- In cold weather, allow the product to reach room temperature before use.
- Application should be carried out in well-ventilated areas.
- The use of personal protective equipment is mandatory.
