Webertec S130 | Liquid Surface Treatment for Dust Control and Enhanced Surface Durability
Webertec S130
Webertec S130 is a ready-to-use, resin-based liquid surface treatment designed for use on fresh and existing concrete, cement-based screeds, surface hardeners, and plastered surfaces. Its solvent-free and environmentally friendly formulation makes it a preferred solution for professional flooring applications. After application, it forms a transparent protective layer that improves surface durability and performance.
Advantages
- Easy and practical to apply
- Increases abrasion resistance and reduces dust formation
- Enhances water and UV resistance
- Can be used as a curing compound on fresh concrete
- Water-based, solvent-free, and odorless formula
- Forms a transparent protective coating after application
- Environmentally friendly and allows the surface to breathe
- Resistant to salt exposure
Areas of Use
Webertec S130 is suitable for areas exposed to heavy wear and high traffic loads, including:
- Industrial floors
- Warehouses and parking garages
- Shopping malls and retail stores
- Airport aprons and exhibition areas
- Other high-traffic surfaces
Suitable Substrates
- New and existing concrete
- Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC)
- Decorative brick
- Cement-based plaster and screeds
- Damp surfaces
For applications on other substrates, consultation with Weber technical support is recommended.
Application Limitations
- The treated surface must be protected from water for at least 24 hours after application.
- At temperatures below 10°C, the product may lose fluidity. In such cases, it should be conditioned at approximately 23°C for at least 12 hours before use.
Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean and either slightly damp or dry.
- Remove all dirt, dust, form-release agents, detergents, curing residues, and weak surface particles.
- Cleaning can be carried out using pressurized water, brushing, or mechanical methods.
Application Conditions
- Ambient temperature: +5°C to +35°C
- Avoid application under strong winds or direct sunlight.
- Do not apply to frozen surfaces or surfaces at risk of freezing.
Application Method
- Apply the product undiluted using a roller, spray equipment, or brush until the surface is fully saturated.
- Highly absorbent surfaces should receive two coats, with a maximum interval of 4 hours between coats.
- Low-absorbency surfaces generally require only one coat.
- Avoid excessive application and surface runoff.
Application Tools
- Roller
- Spray equipment
- Brush
Consumption
0.10 – 0.15 L/m²
Consumption may vary depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
