Application Steps
Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean, sound, and free from dust.
- Remove loose particles, oil, dirt, and paint residues.
- Corroded reinforcement should be cleaned with a steel wire brush; if necessary, apply Weberep AD before repair.
Mixing
- Gradually add Weberep M352 to 4–5 liters of clean water.
- Mix thoroughly using a hand mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- The prepared mortar remains workable for approximately 45 minutes.
Application
- Apply using a steel trowel or corner trowel.
- For smooth finishes, use a finishing trowel.
- Deep voids may be filled in multiple layers if required.
Curing
- The repaired surface can be put into service after approximately 24 hours.
- Full mechanical strength is achieved after 28 days.
