Application Steps

Surface Preparation

• The substrate must be clean, sound, and free from dust.
• Remove loose particles, oil, dirt, and paint residues.
• Corroded reinforcement should be cleaned with a steel wire brush; if necessary, apply Weberep AD before repair.

Mixing

• Gradually add Weberep M352 to 4–5 liters of clean water.
• Mix thoroughly using a hand mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
• The prepared mortar remains workable for approximately 45 minutes.

Application

• Apply using a steel trowel or corner trowel.
• For smooth finishes, use a finishing trowel.
• Deep voids may be filled in multiple layers if required.

Curing

• The repaired surface can be put into service after approximately 24 hours.
• Full mechanical strength is achieved after 28 days.
