WEBERTEC RM
Webertec RM is an acrylic-based, mineral-reinforced elastic levelling compound compatible with both cement and gypsum. It is designed for repairing wall and ceiling surfaces, levelling new substrates, and covering hairline cracks in both interior and exterior applications.
Depending on the intended use, the product can be mixed with either cement or gypsum:
- With cement: For fine levelling and repair applications
- With gypsum: For interior surface correction from 1–50 mm thickness
Its elastic structure helps prevent the appearance of hairline cracks on the finished surface and provides a long-lasting, durable finish.
Areas of Use
- Interior and exterior wall and ceiling surfaces
- Repair of cracks and surface imperfections
- Levelling of new substrates
- Surface correction with cement or gypsum additives
- Repair of hairline cracks and minor surface defects
- Surface preparation before painting

Application Steps
Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean, dry, and sound.
- Remove oil, dirt, dust, and loose particles.
- If necessary, roughen the surface using a steel wire brush.
Mixing
- Mix in a clean container using a hand mixer.
- Add cement or gypsum according to the intended application.
- Continue mixing until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Application
- Apply in a thin layer using a steel trowel.
- Select the application thickness according to the substrate and additive type.
- Allow the recommended waiting time between coats.
Drying and Final Coating
- Full drying time: approximately 24 hours.
- Cement-modified mixtures can receive a final coating after 3 days.
- Gypsum-modified mixtures can receive a final coating after 2 days.
Important Considerations
- Do not use mixed with gypsum in exterior applications.
- Hydraulic-binding mortars should not be applied over the product.
- Cement-based paints must not be applied over the finished surface.
- On surfaces previously painted with synthetic paints, the product should be applied without additives.
- Application temperature must remain between +5°C and +30°C.
- The surface must be completely clean and dry before application.
