As construction continues at the Istanbul International Financial Center (IIFC), one of Türkiye’s most prestigious development projects, Haydar Boz Insulation has commenced the application of comprehensive waterproofing and thermal insulation works for the Financial Center’s recreation areas in partnership with Siyah Kalem & Mustafa Ekşi Joint Venture.
The project features carefully selected insulation systems and specialized application techniques designed to meet the highest performance standards. In addition to the use of advanced proof membrane solutions, the project incorporates customized detailing and engineering approaches tailored to the unique requirements of the development.
Haydar Boz Insulation is also involved in another key component of the Istanbul International Financial Center project. In collaboration with YDA Construction, the company is carrying out all waterproofing and thermal insulation applications for the Halkbank Headquarters development.
Coordinated by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, the Istanbul International Financial Center is one of the largest and most significant urban development projects in Türkiye. As one of the project’s major stakeholders, Halk GYO is developing a mixed-use complex consisting of two office towers with 46 and 34 floors, respectively, along with three commercial buildings, each rising eight stories.
